From a single veterinary practice in Townsville, Greencross evolved into one of Australasia’s largest integrated pet care businesses, growing it into a market-leading network of veterinary hospitals and speciality retail stores across Australia and New Zealand. Glen’s track record spans founding, scaling and transforming businesses across healthcare, consumer and service industries.
Following his executive career, Glen has become one of Australia’s most experienced business mentors, investors and board leaders. He currently serves as Chairman of Healthia (ex ASX:HLA) and People Infrastructure (ASX:PPE), alongside a number of private company boards. A former investor on Shark Tank Australia, he brings extensive expertise in business growth, strategic planning, governance and value creation, working closely with founders and leadership teams to accelerate growth, scale operations and build enduring businesses.
