Our Story
DMC is a clinical stage medtech company founded in Brisbane, Australia by globally recognised intensive care specialist, researcher, entrepreneur and founder Professor John Fraser AO.
DMC is developing a proprietary inhaled drug delivery platform for use in critical care emergencies. Our lead asset is an investigational inhaled epinephrine product to treat anaphylaxis.
DMC has a strong suite of intellectual property portfolio protecting both its inhaled drug delivery platform and therapeutic formulations. To date, DMC has raised more than AU$30 million from both private and public sector investors.

Professor John Fraser AO is a globally recognised intensive care specialist, clinician-scientist and entrepreneur dedicated to translating medical innovation into life-saving patient outcomes. Through pioneering research in critical care, heart transplantation and organ support, he has led breakthroughs that have transformed clinical practice worldwide and improved the lives of patients facing life-threatening conditions. His scientific endeavours have highlighted to him the potential of medical technologies in the heart and lung arena when developed symbiotically with world class clinicians, researchers, developers — with the patient at the heart of these innovation.

Director & Board Chair
Dr Glen Richards is an entrepreneur, investor and company director best known as the founding managing director of Greencross, Australasia’s largest integrated pet care business. Having built and scaled one of the region’s leading veterinary and pet care networks, he brings extensive expertise in business growth, strategic planning, governance and leadership. Today, he works with high-growth companies as a chairman, director and investor, helping businesses scale and create long-term value.

Kimberly Hill is an experienced MedTech executive with over 20 years in commercial, technical, and operational leadership across the U.S., Australia, and APAC. A dual American and Australian citizen, she brings a global lens to go-to-market strategy and execution, emphasizing strategic market entry, scalable operational planning, and tailored customer engagement to successfully commercialize innovative healthcare technologies.

Greg Spurgin
Director
Greg Spurgin is an entrepreneur, healthcare executive and company director with more than 30 years of experience building and scaling healthcare businesses across Australia and the United States. As founder of Allsports Physiotherapy and co-founder of Results Physiotherapy, he has successfully grown healthcare networks from startup ventures to industry-leading organisations, bringing deep expertise in strategy, operations, leadership and business growth.

Professor Arthur Slutsky CM is a globally recognised physician, researcher, engineer and innovator whose discoveries have fundamentally changed the treatment of critically ill patients. A leader in critical care medicine and translational research, he brings decades of experience advancing scientific innovation, building world-class research programs and improving patient outcomes worldwide.

John Corbett
Chief Executive Officer / Chief Financial Officer
John Corbett is a corporate finance and investment professional with over 30 years of experience in banking, funds management and strategic advisory. Drawing on senior leadership roles with ANZ, Suncorp and major investment organisations, he provides expertise in strategy development, business execution, risk management and capital / funding. More recently, John has developed significant experience with start-ups (B2B, B2C, Saas and Medtech) as both an investor and adviser.
Ludovic Bonnet, PhD
Chief Operating Officer
Ludovic is a senior biotechnology executive with more than 20 years’ experience leading pharmaceutical and vaccine development programs. Combining scientific expertise with commercial and regulatory acumen, he has built and led multidisciplinary R&D teams, accelerated product development pathways, and guided innovative therapies and drug-device platforms from concept to market readiness.

Sonia Barber
General Counsel
Sonia Barber is an internationally recognised lawyer and board and governance adviser, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb), with extensive experience in governance, cross-border transactions and corporate strategy. Her career spans senior leadership roles in private practice, corporate legal counsel and investment fund management across Australia and the Middle East.
